Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your login email, and notify Support@OtwellMusic.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share your account or attempt to bypass access controls.

Membership and billing

Membership features, price, and billing interval are shown before checkout. Checkout, payment processing, receipts, taxes, and the customer billing portal are provided by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. A membership renews according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue through the applicable paid period.

Refund requests and payment disputes are handled under the terms presented by the merchant of record at checkout. Contact support if you need help reaching the billing portal.

Library access

An eligible membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream the available catalog and view included subscriber materials for non-commercial use while access remains active. Availability can vary by album and feature. Membership does not transfer ownership of recordings, compositions, artwork, or scores.

You may not redistribute, sell, publicly host, scrape, circumvent protection for, or make unauthorized copies of protected content. Separate permission may be required for public performance, synchronization, commercial playback, or other uses.

Service availability and acceptable use

Features may be changed, suspended, or unavailable during maintenance or for technical, security, legal, or business reasons. Do not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, automate excessive requests, introduce harmful code, or use it unlawfully. Access may be limited or terminated when these terms are violated.

Intellectual property and disclaimers

The site and its music, scores, artwork, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
