Information we handle

We also maintain information needed to operate and secure the service, such as account settings, password-reset and two-factor-authentication records, login and security history, subscription status, feature access, and support communications.

Payments and subscriptions

Lemon Squeezy provides hosted checkout and acts as merchant of record. Otwell Music receives subscription and customer identifiers, status, renewal or end dates, and related information needed to provide access. Otwell Music does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Lemon Squeezy handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, authenticate sign-ins, send password-reset or two-factor codes, provide membership access, manage subscription events, respond to support requests, maintain the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and service providers

The site uses cookies or similar browser storage necessary for sessions, security, and preferences. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, and subscription billing. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect accounts, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Never send your password or payment-card details by email.

Your choices

You can review and update available profile information under Account settings. To ask about your information or request an appropriate correction or deletion, email Support@OtwellMusic.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, or legal reasons.
