Login Assistance

In order to reset your password we must first validate your email address (login information). If you know your email address then enter it in "Email address 1" below. If you are not sure which email address you registered with us then you can enter up to two other email addresses. The next screen will validate which email address is registered and subsequently let you reset your password.

Also, you must perform the entire password change process from the same computer within 12 hours of starting the process. This is for security purposes and thwarts malicious people from meddling with your account.
